EV training? what you mean brother? evolution lvl? yes you need x lvl to evolve your pokemon with stones xd

do u mean by attack ponts and defense etc?
if u mean that ure wrong, the pokemon does not have that, only the trainer has the fishing skill...

EV= effort value... like if u kill certain pokemon u get a boost.. geodude would give a a def boost..abra would give spec attack so on its been in pokemon since gold and silver version

you wont get a boost but in arena pvp enforced your pokemons get boots there just entering in the pvp area
